This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

The materials on OzOMG Pro are provided on an 'as is' basis. OzOMG Pro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall OzOMG Pro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on OzOMG Pro, even if OzOMG Pro or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

PREMIUM and ULTIMATE Reports: Paid reports are non-refundable once generated and delivered. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee - if you're not satisfied with the quality of your report within 7 days of delivery, please contact us for a full refund.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store credit card information.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

All content, features, and functionality of OzOMG Pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of OzOMG Pro and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

OzOMG Pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. OzOMG Pro shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
