Returns and Refund Policy
1. We accepts order cancellation within 24 hours after payment but before items are shipped.
2. Over 24 hours but before the items are shipped, if you still want to cancel the order for personal reason, 10% of the handling fee will be charged, which will be directly deducted from your refund amount;
You are able to submit a cancellation request from the order list. We will agree or refuse your request according to the state of your order. If the order is cancelled, you will get the refund to your payment method used within 48 hours.
Return and Refund
We make sure every piece of clothing is well packed and dispatched, and every change is timely communicated to avoid any inconvenience to our clients. We suggest you make sure all items are well-received and are not damaged/faulty when you receive your packages.
30 Days Easy Return/Exchange
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return & exchange within 30 days of receipt, please make sure items are in new condition. Note that overdue requests will not be accepted.
You can return or exchange for most items in new condition within 30 days of delivery.
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Items marked as “No returns or exchanges” in product page are not covered by warranty and are non-returnable.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
- Any address on the parcel is not approved return address,and we don’t accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative.
- Please return through your local post office to avoid tax.
- For the returns, No signature is required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.
- Please also do not mail any envelopes to the return address for inquiry. we will discard the letter automatically. The best way to communicate and solve your problem is by raising with us via email or contact us page!
For the damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items
Conditions when OzOmg will conduct a resend or refund for you:
- Wrong style/color/size received
- Incomplete ratio received
- Damaged/faulty items received
* Please note that there will be slight differences in the colors of pictures versus the original due to the lighting and different screen features. The material of items shall be subject to the description and real pictures in the description.
In case you’ve received an order under the conditions above, please notify us with an image of the original receipt within 2 days of receiving your order by either email or messages. You can find their contacts on our contact us page. If the originally ordered product variant is available in stock, we will conduct a resending or a refund based on communication. The refund will be returned to your payment method used.
OzOmg supports a full refund or resends if your package hasn’t been delivered successfully 45 days later since it shipped out according to the tracking information.
